Our home is set on a quiet street with a wonderful view of the Kodiak Channel.  Our family resides on the top level of the house while we offer the downstairs portion of our home to bed and breakfast travelers. 

    The downstairs has two large rooms with queen sized beds, walk-in closets and one full bathroom.  We also have an upstairs bedroom with a full bed, cozy chair, mountain view in the distance, TV, DVD player and it’s own private bathroom downstairs.  Available for guests are a diverse library and a cozy living room complete with cable TV, DVD player and VCR. 

    Guests have a private entrance, enjoy meals in our fabulous sunroom with kitchenette complete with a microwave, toaster oven (large enough for a 12” pizza), coffee maker and full sized refrigerator. 

    The kitchen is stocked with lots of great breakfast items like eggs, bacon, breads, cereal, oatmeal, milk, cream, yogurt, waffles and pancake mix.  Enjoy the comfort of making your own breakfast whenever the mood strikes you.  We often have fresh baked goods and breakfast quiches for a little extra taste of home.  If you have any special requests or dietary concerns please let us know when you book the room. Upon request guests may enjoy a soak in our indoor hot tub.

    While we only offer 3 bedrooms our ample square footage can accommodate up to 8 people.  Just give us a call for special pricing or extended stays.
